Tax Senior - Seattle - 53,000 - 60,000

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience with progressively more responsible assignments in public accounting in tax preparation, tax research and compliance. Demonstrated successful experience as a lead. CPA license required 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of federal, state and local tax codes and regulations.
• Knowledge of international tax regulations and codes.
• Knowledge of a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply principles of effective supervision of staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with staff, shareholders and clients.
• Ability to provide guidance and direction to department staff who are not direct reports.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to analyze complex information and propose solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure; maintain problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to continually meet the requirements of Washington State Board of Accountancy, AICPA, WSCPA, Yellow Book.
