Senior Accountant - Ventura County 65,000 to 85,000

Successful enterprise with 5 operating entities in Ventura County is seeking a qualified Senior Accountant.
The Senior Accountant will run the day to fay financial operations for all 5 entities.

Work from a beautiful Ventura County location and enjoy stability in a 20+ year old company.

Job Functions will include:

• Accounts Payable through Bill.com….(coding and ensuring that invoices are approved and paid)
• Payroll through Paychex (inputting payroll data into the Intuit QB Online)
• Accounts Receivable & Collections (through Intuit QB Online)
• Prepare Deposits
• Preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts
• Incorporate foreign offices data into Intuit QB Online  and work with accountants in each country
• Maintenance of monthly cash forecast.
• Monthly  cash balance reporting to Executive Committee
• Monthly Actual vs. Budget
• Annually Balance Sheet
• Work with CPA to complete Tax Returns
• Annual Sales Tax Reporting
• Annual Submission of Delaware Tax Forms
• Annual Submission of Statement of Information
• Calculate Royalty

SALARY 65,000 to 85,000

IDEAL BACKGROUND
Degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of experience in an accounting / general ledger capacity
Local to the Ventura County area
Strong communication skills
Exceptional computer and systems skills
