Bookkeeper - Business Management Firm

Our client is a growing Business Management Firm, located in Los Angeles, that specializes in managing Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax, and Financial Matters.​ Our client also provides service for the Entertainment Industry, Performers and Executives, as well as other high net worth individuals.​

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of Bookkeeping experience
• 1+​ years of Business Management Firm experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of DataFaction and Imaging software is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, heavy volume, high stress environment
• Ability to interact with high profile, high net worth clients
• Experience with client A/​P, A/​R, payroll and payroll taxes
• Experience with foreign royalties a plus
• Ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines
• Experience with A/​P, A/​R, manual bank reconciliations, G'L, coding, etc.​
• Experience with automated bookkeeping systems

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000
