About the Firm:

This firm specializes in managing Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax, and Financial Matters.

Our client also provides service for the Entertainment Industry, Performers and Executives, as well as other high net worth individuals.

Requirements:
  
·      3-6 years experience 
·      One or more years of Business Management Firm experience 
·      Familiar with manual and online wires, ACH transfers, and bank deposits 
·      Ability to interact with high profile, high net worth clients 
·      Experience with client A/P, A/R, payroll and payroll taxes 
·      Experience with foreign royalties a plus 
·      Great communication skills  
·      Ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines  
·      Experience with A/P, A/R, manual bank reconciliations, G'L, coding, etc.  
·      Knowledge of DataFaction and Imaging or similar software is a plus  
·      Experience with automated bookkeeping systems


Tax, Audit, Accounting, CPA, CPA firm, Business Management, C.P.A

Salary: 50,000 - 60,000
