This position includes a wide range of
administrative and office support activities for the department, managers and
supervisors, to ensure efficiency within the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities may include:

- Answer, screen and transfer incoming phone calls
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- General Clerical duties such as photocopying, bookkeeping, fax and mailing, as well as maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle requests for information and data in a timely manner
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails using the proper programs
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as assigned
- Maintain office supplies, inventory as well as maintenance of office equipment
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and company information
Background and
Skills:
- 1-2 years experience
- Excellent communication, writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate phone systems, typewriters, calculator, copiers, facsimile machines
- Computer Savvy:
- Must be familiar with programs such as: Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and have ability to learn new programs quickly
