New Opportunity - Director of External Reporting - SF Valley Real Estate 140 ++

Great opportunity with a growing REIT.  Over 2bb in assets and growing.
Company is located in Encino area of the San Fernando Valley.

The Director of Financial Reporting is a highly visible position which will interface heavily with investors, bankers and outside CPA firms.

Internally, this position will be a key part of the Management team and work closely with the asset manager, Senior Vice Presidents, Controller and VP of Finance.

Ultimately, this position will be groomed for a VP role.

Ideal background will include
3+ years of Public Accounting from a National or Big 4 firm (This is a must)
CPA (This is a must)
MBA - preferred
5 + years of experience in managerial accounting or finance
5+ years of experience in accounting at a REIT or Real Estate Development or Property Management Company

- candidates who do not have the 'musts' will not be considered for this role

Salary 140 - 165 + bonus
