Administrative Assistant for Premier CPA Firm: West Los Angeles

Premier CPA Firm in Santa Monica has an immediate opening for an energetic Administrative Assistant!  You will support a partner as well as provide general office backup in this "front office" position.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting clients professionally
  • Preparing letters, emails and other correspondences
  • Scheduling appointments and managing busy calendar
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Copying and maintaining electronic and hard files
Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Able to multi-task, have common sense, take initiative, and have a positive attitude
  • Experienced as an Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant (2+ years)
  • A strong communicator: excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Flexible
CPA Firm experience is preferred, but not required.
Salary is $40,000-$50,000 based on experience.
