Very successful and prestigious local CPA firm in Pasadena is looking for a Sr. Tax Manager / Jr. Partner
This is a key position which will help with the firms succession planning.
You should have a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and generate business.
With one partner retiring in the next 4 years and another in the next 8, there is a real opportunity for you to gain additional equity in a short time period.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
7+ years of experience in public accounting
CPA - A MUST
MBT - A plus
A diverse range of tax experience including individuals, partnerships and corporations
Experience with complex tax issues and tax research
Ability to manage clients and staff
